To the Attorney General of the State of Ohio,
I am writing you concerning the James and Vonda Ferguson, Union/Clark County, child abuse case to tell you that it appears
they both have a burned scar tissue circle pattern on the left side of their foreheads, a distinctive scar that has been repeatedly
associated with child abuse. I have checked their pictures from three different cameras, WBNS, Columbus Dispatch and The Springfield
News Sun (included). The same mark is in the same place in each of their pictures. I have been tracking this mark for fourteen
years and this same mark shows up consistently on criminals (and others) who were abused as children.
My name is John Brennan. The claims and information I am presenting are based on my research. I am an independent citizen
in this. I have no degree, position or authority, but I believe I have accrued enough information and experience that I am
obligated by conscience to bring this to your attention. All claims are my own opinion, based on; my research, what I have
physically seen, an admission by a perpetrator from fifty years ago, information and confirmation from a retired Catholic
priest and confirmation by another priest a month ago, and psychologists who have had these victims as clients, and this same
mark shows up consistently on criminals (and others) who were abused as children."
I had intended to send this information to you a month ago but then the Virginia Tech shootings happened as did Christopher
Paul and my personal life. The Virginia State Police had me send pictures and information concerning Cho and his burns/brands.
Pictures of Cho and Christopher Paul are included.
As a survivor of severe sexual, psychological and physical child abuse I know what it is to grow up warped by fear. I
am familiar with the mindset of the perpetrators and of living in abject terror. The fact that the most severe acts were carried
out on me in secret, gives me understanding and insight into the mechanics of the situations and the experience and effects
on the victims. My motivation is to make a difference where I can. I am stepping forward as an advocate for the victims of
the child abuse practice here in presented.
As to this information and how it connects with the James and Vonda Ferguson case in Marysville/Springfield that I ask
you to please allow me to explain. Whenever there is a crime that I can not comprehend how some one could do such a thing,
I look for this circle pattern in their pictures. I find it quite often.
Fourteen years ago I was in a relationship with a woman named Alejandra. In her baby pictures I saw burns, scabs &
scars. What I first thought was just sick behavior by her parents has expanded into what I have come to find is a very old,
extensive and secretive child abuse practice. I have been investigating, tracking and working to expose it ever since. Not
everyone with this mark is a threat to society.
From the time they are babies the victims are repeatedly burned and branded, physically, sexually and psychologically
abused. Their bodies are covered in the scar tissue of symbols and patterns, from head to foot. It is usually done slight
as to not draw attention. Rarely, as in the case of Ray Marsh, the Georgia crematorium operator, the brands are blatant. The
Georgia Bureau of Investigation requested and used my information in their investigation of him.

As stated the main symbol that is always found is a circle pattern. It can appear as blemishes or bad skin. It is almost
100% of the time on the forehead; it is extensively used over the body. The circle appears as if it were made with a chain
of slight cigarette burns. It is easier to see on people of color but it is in all races. It is done to make the victim a
slave, ultimately it is bestiality and mind control. It is the connecting link of the bestial cults. It is done so that it
may be hidden in plain sight. I believe the spring equinox and Easter are the most important branding time. Pictures of the
children from this season show the mass brandings.
This practice is very old and secretive. From pictures I have, it appears the circle pattern is in four generations of
one family. I have tracked this practice in Satanism, Voodoo, some forms of Christianity and Islam and non-religious circumstances.
Some do it to put the devil into the child; some say they do it to drive the devil out. The first amendment does not allow
child abuse, I have checked on this.
I have found this mark, in one form or another, in all races in this country. There are differences in practice and intent
between races and cultures and in the resultant social behaviors and beliefs. As this has been a very secretive practice it
is very diversified resulting from where it spread and how it was used locally.
In Toledo, February 2006, a seven year old boy died. The Toledo Blade reported that the coroner, Cynthia Biesser, found
thirty of these circle or loop scars on the child's body. His name was Ju'Nathan Shoulders. Cause of death could not be proven
and the father received a four year sentence for child abuse. Two children were removed from the home. I have talked to Dr.
Biesser twice, once during the investigation, once after his fathers sentencing. The first time I was able to so accurately
describe what she found on Ju'Nathan's body that she wanted to know when, where and how I had seen the body. I knew what she
was finding from my research. I had wanted her to contact the Newark, New Jersey coroner concerning the death of Faheem Williams
found burned and beaten to death in a box in the basement January 2003. It was my intent to have them compare notes and connect
the two cases together as both children died with the same pattern burns yet they are from two different states. Geontae Glass
of Rainbow City, Georgia was found beaten to death in the trunk of his mother's car in December 2006. She and her boyfriend
have been charged with his murder. It appears Geontae and his mother and boyfriend, all had/have the brand.
What these children experience is as bad as third world prison torture. How people in positions of authority can know
the extent of abuse done to victims and criminals with this mark and disregard any responsibility to investigate this as a
practice, has been beyond my ability to understand. Fear and apathy on all levels is allowing this practice to be perpetuated.
It is my belief that with the social decay of integrity and the over exposure to violence in our country, that the ingrained
sociopathy is less restrained than in times past. They are more prone to engage in extreme unconscionable violent acts on
society at random. Nothing preventative about this active practice has been done. I believe it is time.
If what I am saying is proven correct, a study could be done to assess the effect of this practice on our society. To
use a computer program that will identify the circle pattern on the foreheads of prison inmates from their Department of Corrections
pictures; then, to compare the crimes of these prisoners with those of the same socio-economic background, but without the
brand. I believe a much higher rate of violent crime and sociopath would be seen in those with the mark.
I have been limited in my ability to show the circle pattern by the quality of the pictures available. Newspapers shoot
pictures in 72 dpi which is low resolution. I can see the mark but when I enlarge them for others to see they often lose too
much definition. It has been a slow process. Newspapers will not release the digital picture files to me and their prints
are most often too grainy. I am sure you have access to the digital files.
I have involved myself in criminal cases in seven states, sending pictures and information to law enforcement investigators,
children's services, prosecuting and defense attorneys, cult investigators, newspaper reporters and clergy. I have hoped that
any of the above would look into my claims beyond the individual cases and assume my research. As a lone voice I have been
easy to ignore. This is why I am presenting this to you.
I believe this information may also be of interest to The Department of Homeland Security.
In the case of the D.C. area snipers, Malvo and Mohummad who both have the brand, we see that the victims can grow up
with an ability to act out their rage on society. In the case of Narseal Batiste and the Liberty City 7, it appears at least
five of the seven have the brand. Does their resulting mental state, from a childhood of this abuse, make them susceptible
to recruitment for terrorist organizations? I have a low estimate of over a thousand of these victims in the state of Ohio
and many thousands in our country.
I have seen this same brand on the foreheads, in the pictures, of a number of Ohio criminals. I believe Alton Coleman
had this mark as does Debra Brown and two other female murder inmates in Marysville Prison, also Kaline Brown, extradited
from Detroit to Columbus Mar 2, 2006 for murdering a pregnant woman who bumped his car door.
The following is a list of what has convinced me to be persistent and that my claims are real.
1. I have, with conscious recognition, physically seen this brand on at least seven people, two were cousins, the others
would be strangers to each other.
2. An uncle of the woman I discovered this on admitted branding children to me.
3. The same woman's aunts told us, "Keep looking, keep searching.", two days before she died.
4. A retired priest in Portland Maine told me of the babies and children being branded, burned, and sacrificed in what
was there and then called the sob. This was in the 1950's and 60's.
5. Necrosearch International reviewed my case concerning a probable dead child victim and offered their services to Portland,
Maine PD. Portland PD denied their offer, extensively.
6. Marge Berkovich, investigator for the State of Maine Attorney General has told me if I ever get the money to dig up
a certain Portland, Maine parking lot she will stand there with me to look for the skeletal remains of a child that I believe
was murdered and buried there in the late 1950's. The AG investigators do not have jurisdiction in Portland and Augusta unless
there is a murder. I have no corpse and the Portland Police refuse to investigate.
7. In October 1997 Kevin Lamb called me to say it looked like Luke Woodham had the brand on his forehead. Kevin is a staff
reporter with The Dayton Daily News. Woodham murdered his mother and two girls and wounded seven
Others, October 1997 in Pearl Mississippi. He had interviewed Alejandra and me, and was familiar with the brand. This
was validation from an outside source. Alejandra's mother was from Pearl, Mississippi.
8. In April 2000 Luke Woodham's was allowed into Parchman Prison where I identified the brand on his forehead and talked
him through what he went through when he did the killings.
9. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation requested and used my work in the Ray Marsh crematorium operator case. It must
have been of some value as they thanked me.
10. Two psychologists have confirmed this practice exists from clients who were victims.
11. I have spent thousands of hours looking at and comparing hundreds of photographs, isolating the brand on their foreheads
in different pictures of the same individuals. It is not a photographic anomaly.
12. I have tracked this practice in twenty-four states.
13. I have spent thousands more hours investigating and piecing together many different aspects.
14. I have trained a number of professionals to recognize this brand; law enforcement, legal and journalists. As they
came to be able to recognize it, they have accepted that it is real.
15. Dr. Biesser's report officially confirms that this burn pattern exists and I believe Faheem Williams report does as
well. This is provable and gives some scope as to how extensive this practice is.

As this concerns the James and Vonda Ferguson, Union/Clark County, child abuse case; it appears they both have a burned
scar tissue circle pattern on the left side of their foreheads. I have checked their pictures from three different cameras,
WBNS, Columbus Dispatch and The Springfield News Sun (included). The same mark is in the same place in each of their three
pictures.
The Springfield News Sun reported the judge had given two weeks for the prosecution to make the charges less vague. He
wanted dates and times for the burnings and abuses. I know from experience the victims block the memories and that putting
dates, times and places may not be possible, but that does not mean it wasn't done.
I contacted lead Det. John Klaiber of the Union county sheriff's office. I explained to him about how it appeared the
Ferguson's each had the mark and that if the children had it as well, then a connection could possibly be made. I told him
of Ju'Nathan and Dr. Biesser and that there is a bigger problem within this case. He kept asking me what I wanted from him
today. His demeanor reminded me of the attitude of the Head of Cult Investigations for the FBI when I talked to him in 1996.
When I told him about this practice of branding children his final words were, “Its religious freedom. Don't call
back. When I told this to Detective Klaiber, his response was, I believe that is the case here.
That did not set well with me, it never had. I have a friend whose father is an Ohio Constitutional Law lawyer. I had
her ask him if religious freedom allows burning and sexual abuse of children? His emailed response was, "The first amendment
does not allow child abuse in any form." That is when I decided it was time to contact your office.
I have been told that the Ferguson children were burned with household items. That can be normal in this type of the practice.
It is continuous severe abuse in various forms. If both parents have the circle pattern I believe the children should be checked
for the same circle pattern among their other burns. A dermatologist can determine scar tissue and if there is a consistent
pattern. There are other burns than the circle pattern to look for and other marks from other things. What may appear as flat
moles may be areas that blood was sucked.
Lately I have been looking to see if a forensic light exists that will highlight scar tissue. This seems like the simplest
way to do a precursory examination.
My questions are; since it appears both parents have the mark, do the children have the mark among their other burns?
If so would this implicate the parents even without provable dates, times and places? Would this help to convict if this is
shown to be an actual practice?
The circle pattern is a hard thing to see, and it is harder to believe, until you learn to recognize it, then it is hard
to forget. I have taught quite a number of people to recognize it from family and friends to reporters and law enforcement.
Even long time detractors have admitted it is real as they have come to recognize it.
I realize this is a lot to absorb and more to look into. I am including the pictures of:

I have doubled each picture so that the left one is original and the right one is a copy with white circles around areas
to be noted. Text under the pictures explains.
Whenever there is a crime that I can not comprehend how some one could do such a thing, I look for this circle pattern
in their pictures. I find it quite often.
I am willing to share any and all information. Taking it to the next step of showing a dermatologist what to look for
and allowing them to examine defendants and victims would validate or debunk my claims.
I have other things I have wanted to do with my life but I have not been able to turn my back on this and pretend it doesn't
exist. I hope this helps you understand my motivation and intention. I have tried to work through the conventional channels.
That has not worked.
